Your quote request

The quote request form sends nothing to our servers. It drafts a message on your device and opens WhatsApp or your email app: you decide whether to send it. We then receive the information you have entered (services, type of event, date, location, number of guests, private or business request, name, billing address, company name and VAT number where applicable, message), as well as your WhatsApp number or email address.

We use this information solely to reply to you and prepare your quote, that is, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The same applies if you contact us by phone or email.

WhatsApp is a service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited and is subject to its own privacy policy.

How long do we keep your information?

For as long as necessary to handle your request and, if you become a customer, to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Your selection of services

To remember the services you have added as you move from page to page, the website stores them in your browser’s local storage. This selection does not leave your device. You can clear it by removing the services on the quote request page, or by deleting the website’s data in your browser.

Cookies and analytics

Only with your consent, the website uses Google Analytics to measure visits: pages viewed, length of visit, type of device and browser, approximate country and city, the website you came from, and whether a quote request or a contact was started from the site (never its content). This helps us see which pages are useful to you. We do not use these statistics for advertising: Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.

Google Analytics then sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_WK39XZ31WL (a random identifier for your browser), for up to 13 months. Google keeps the statistics for up to 14 months. Google Analytics is a service of Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time using the ‘Cookies’ link at the bottom of every page: measurement stops and the cookies are deleted. Your choice is kept for six months in your browser’s local storage, after which the website asks again.

The fonts are hosted on the website itself: no other request is sent to any third-party service.

Hosting

Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website. Vercel is based in the United States; any data transfers are subject to the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data or restriction of its processing, or object to its processing, by writing to tseasbl@gmail.com.

If you believe that your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).
